Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Helm ("the Service"), available at he-lm.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Helm is a personal productivity and team-management tool. It is provided as a hosted web application. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Your account

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you store in Helm. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you store — which may include notes about colleagues — complies with your own organization's policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the Service's infrastructure, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free. You are encouraged to keep independent records of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Helm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
